About Affluent Cycle Industries

Founded in 2001, ACI is a privately-owned Malaysian Manufacturer of Industrial Adhesives. Catering to a wide spectrum of industries, we are capable of providing high quality products and innovation solutions to meet the needs of our customers, locally and internationally. Since inception, the progressive growth of the company can be duly attributed to our dedication for quality and excellence. This has allowed us to expand our operations and launch ourselves into becoming one of the leading manufacturing companies in our field.

ACI has its head office in Beranang, Selangor, with extensive manufacturing facilities. Our facilities not only allow us to be innovative in our technology, but also to custom manufacture for multinationals.

Quality Policy

Affluent Cycle Industries Sdn. Bhd. is providing adhesives that consistently meet the needs and expectations of customers, interested parties and the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and other requirements.

We undertake to define, establish and achieve targets and objectives periodically in accordance with the business requirements, and concerns of all interested parties.

The management system and its processes will be systematically reviewed to identify opportunities for improving its effectiveness and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing quality products and services with competitive prices and timely delivery through inculcating the culture of operation and continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Affluent Cycle Industries Sdn. Bhd. is committed to the Safe and Healthy working environment for our employees, concurrently to be in compliance with all applicable legal and other requirements. The Management and employees share responsibilities and accountabilities in ensuring that this commitment is fulfilled through:

  • The establishment of Occupational Health and Safety objectives and Key Performance Indicator.
  • Establish, implement and maintain processes for elimination of hazards and reduction of OH&S risks.
  • Continually striving to provide a safe and healthy workplace by preventing and reducing occupational injuries and illnesses.
  • Inculcating awareness, responsibilty and commitment to employees, contractors, suppliers and visitors via effective communication, participation and consultation throughout the organization.
  • The evaluation and continual improvement of Occupational Health and Safety management and performance. 

Environmental Policy

Affluent Cycle Industries Sdn Bhd. is committed in conservation and preservation of environment and complies with all applicable legal and other requirements in Malaysia and customers countries. The Management and employees share responsibilities and accountabilities in ensuring that this commitment is fulfilled through:

  • Integrity with a commitment to environment preservation
  1. We assess and review the environmental impact of our business activities over our entire supply chain.
  2. We continually reduce the environment impact of our operations by research and develop product with eco-friendly chemical composition.
  3. We prevent environmental pollution by controlling GHG emission and waste discharge, resources saving, reduction of electricity and water consumption and the establishment 3R.
  4. We appropriately manage environmental hazardous wastes by working with Government approval contractor.
  5. Communicated the environmental preservation process to all stakeholder and public.
  • Helping to create a sustainable society by offfering products and services
  1. ​We create sustainable lifestyle by recycling 80kg production waste per month and reduce our A4 paper usage by less than 100 rims per year.
  2. We provide products and services which reduce the environmental impact of our customer's processes by receiving expired products for recovery process.
  3. We evaluate our environmental performance regularly and periodically conducting internal audits and management reviews to continually improve environmental management and performance.

  1. ​We comply with environmental legislation and other requirements through information given by all interested parties. 
  2. We observe relevant international standards and voluntary regulations in our product through Environmental Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Commitee.
